First Week of June

The first week of June has been a busy week, mainly because of my new phone. Need to spend some time exploring as well as playing it. Besides that, I installed an app called mini diary that helps me records all the tiny story that I want to keep. Hence neglecting this blog. Felt guilty by a bit and that's why i'm writing this entry now.

Besides that, i'm working on a camera review for my new phone and had ady spend quite some time writing it. I will publish the review and guide in a new blog that I purposely made for it and will provide a link to it when i'm done. Do stay tuned.

May Update

May is a lazy month for me, and also a busy month as well. Blog progress was slow mainly due to the launch of Diablo 3, which occupies most of my PC time. Either my bro, or myself were using it to play and hence less time is available to blog.

However, I do managed to post up three review entries, which is considered not too bad at all. I believe June will be a better month, especially when I have my new toy, I will have more things to share.

The King of Android is Finally Here

Finally after two days of hunting, finally it is here. My pebble blue Galaxy S3. Hunts up and downs for it and finally bought it for RM2199, no discount, as expected.

A little interesting story happened is that, my 4 years old SE k810i decided to die on me on the spot when I purchase my SGS3, looks like it has endured the torture long enough, to pass the baton to the new King of Android.

Damn, even my PC don't have quad core. More details and pictures, coming after I finish playing with my phone. :P

Business As Usual

Diablo 3's server is down for weekly maintenance today and it is a good opportunity for me to update some backlog entries from last year since my PC is not occupied for gaming.

Last Week Of May

I guess I will be skipping blog entries with pictures as my brother currently uses my PC to play Diablo III everyday. All my pictures are in my hard drive where I need time to compile and to edit as well. Nevertheless, I will be updating pure text only contents at the mean time.

It has been a busy weekend with lots of things to do including shifting stuff and some outings as well. Finally collected my passport after two weeks of delay and getting ready for the Singapore trip next month.

This week is a much anticipated week because I will be getting a new phone (Finally, after four years) as the new King of Android is reaching our shores this week. It is time for me to get a smartphone after poisoning people around me of getting one. I will play around with it for some time first before writing out what I think about it, just like any other gadgets that I used. So, stay tuned.

Charity Needs Help

I was approached by a lady during my lunch hour today. She claimed to be a volunteer seeking for donations or raising fund for a charity house that takes care of mentally disabled children. She asked for my permission to sit with me and explained to me her objectives and some basic history of the center. Mentioning that they required a huge fund to operate and maintaining the center. Being aware of fraud cases, I insist that I will only contribute if it is proven legit. 

Because as far as I'm concerned, people cannot publicly seek for donation from the public without a proper licence/permit from the police/authorities. That is what we did last time when we are raising funds as scouts by offering service to the public. 

Anyhow, she did gave me the contact method and address for the center. Anyone who wished to contribute, may try and contact the number below.

She said that it is located beside the main road, nearby Hospital Universiti. She also mentioned that they are trying to make as much publicity as they can so that the public aware of their existence and therefore increase the chances of public contribution. As an individual, this is what I can do for, as well as making a donation, if I'm able to find it legit.

Catching Up

6 blog entries for this month (7, if you include this as well) with less than 10 days left for the month of May. Looks like I have serious catch up to do here because I'm far from my aim of a blog a day, which accounts to 31 entries for May if I were to follow strictly. This means I'm short of 25 entries!!

While instead of pointlessly updating some random entries that doesn't make sense, I prefer to write something more valuable to keep track. Perhaps I should plan out what I should write up for this month. Since I have already covered one review for gadgets, which is the stylus for my tablet. Perhaps I should dig into my picture archives to look for some photos that I took few months back in restaurants and places that I went.

That being said, I will then write up one food review and one app review for this month, as a target, alongside with some random thoughts and random posts that I can think of from time to time.

At the mean time, I'm anticipating a major even coming this end of the month, which is the launch of Samsung Galaxy S3 in Malaysia. Time to replace my 4 years old SE k810i, you have served me well.

April Update

April start up at a rapid pace with almost a post a day until the middle of the month and everything started to be at a halt. My sickness and laziness contribute most to the no-productivity period. Nevertheless, April had some good entries posted up. May should be a good month to kick start.

Mistaken Identity

I get to know there are actually two parties involved in the Occupy Dataran Merdeka movement from the radio. Hence I wish to clarify it here to avoid confusion of my previous entry titled Free Education, Anyone?

It was told that there are actually two parties, i.e. "Occupy Dataran Merdeka" and "Abolish PTPTN" that camped at the Dataran Merdeka during the assault. My previous article were based entirely on the "Abolish PTPTN" and didn't realised there is actually another party involved.

As what I heard from the radio, "Occupy Dataran Merdeka" is basically a group of people who wish to exercise their democratic rights and have been occupying the independence square every weekend since last year. Their objective if not mistaken, is to have a venue where they can voice out and share political views.

Hence, in conjunction with the coming Bersih 3.0 sit-in rally, the "Occupy Dataran Merdeka" party planned to camped at the Dataran Merdeka until April 28th, which is the date proposed for Bersih 3.0 rally. It so happens that a group of students who wish to voice out their thoughts about the PTPTN are also camping at the site, along with the occupy party. Probably they hope that when both parties voice out their views together, it would be more visible.

While both parties share the same venue, however their objectives and actions are definitely independent between each other. I just want to clarify my previous comments on this incident.

Lacking

The blog entries have been lacking for some time as I converted some of my time to write entries for other things instead of a blog post. I still keep my pace of around 1 article per day and things I written on the other side is not to be shared online.

2011 Resolution

Well, I think I have achieved most of my 2010 resolutions. This time I have a new hobby for this year's resolution, which is photography. This includes improving my skills and knowledge, upgrading my equipments when I can afford, obviously the hobby of photography doesn't come with a cheap price tag. But I think the money is well paid for its purpose to record down moments of life.

I already have a job, all I need to do for 2011 is to improve myself qualitatively and also to enjoy my life. Going around for short trips, exploring new things that I never think of.

It will be too specific to list down everything, and I doubt whether will I forget it the next month. But the general rule is to stay happy for 2011. Go more sightseeing trips.

Speaking Frames

I'd left my blog name blank for quite some time because I'm unable to think of any names for it. It has been awhile since I last post any updates. Been busy working and having lots of outings. Don't even have the time to blog. So I have came up with an idea, instead of typing my blog. I will just upload pictures to speak for me with maybe some simple caption or additional text.

Year 2010 has reach its end, time to review year 2010's resolution and see how many is achieved. For the mean time, think about the resolution for 2011 as well.

To end this post, I will put up a sample picture of what to expect for the future post without much text. As for it, I renamed my blog as "SpeakingFrames". Hope I have the time to update and maintain it.

Back in Action

Sup guys, imma back after a long long break since my last post. Well, who cares anyway, no people actually reads my blog constantly. LOL.. Been busy for the past half a year with my FYP, life, studies and NS, and now finally I have some free time to spare for my poor little page. Cut the crap, and I'm still stuck with what name suits my return now.

I'm in a new stage of my life now after graduating and currently looking for job after I completed my National Service. Well, I will slowly update my blog settings and posts over the time and stay tuned!
