I noticed that I have put on too much weight when I looked at my pictures that I took recently. Constant intake of food and less exercising could be the main contribution to it. Now I understand why people say you will start to get fat after you start work. (Well, actually people give all sorts of reason to be fat anyway.) However, it is true that ever since I started work, I have started to put on weight quietly. Main reason is because the long hours in the office and no constant work out to reduce the lipo-accumulation within my body. Most obvious part will be probably my face and tummy, which is still well hidden under my clothes.
Age started to creep on me and I have become more like an uncle than a young man. Counter measures must be taken and I decided to come out with a work out plan, hopefully commencing today with some mild work out first and heavier task maybe later. Too many commitment for too many things with too little time. Have to schedule and balance my things properly I guess.
